Shipping & Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

We do not accept any returns on items shipped via Freight truck. For example: paint sprayers, pressure washers, hose reels. These items do come with a manufacturer's warranty. Under the product details, please click Other to view the warranty of each specific item. If it is not listed, you may contact us for warranty information. 

The customer does pay the return shipping & a 10% re-stocking fee on returns that are due to no longer needing an item or ordering the incorrect part.

If an incorrect item was received or your item was received as damaged we will pay for the return shipping & provide a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of us receiving your package.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please make sure that all returns are packaged safely & that they include a packing slip with your information. Please indicate on the packing slip why you are shipping the item back i.e. exchange, refund.

Shipping-

Our website does use an integrated shipping calculator. If you feel like shipping rates are too high or you need a different shipping method, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we are no longer offering free shipping site wide. Previously, the selling price of each item had accounted for shipping within the item price. That meant that each item had extra costs built in. By switching over to charging shipping for the order, it is actually saving our customers money. For example, J-Rods were selling for $48 each to account for an $8 shipping charge per J-Rod. Now, we have reduced the selling price to $40 each. If you buy multiple items, you can buy each item at a cheaper rate and aren't paying the built in shipping fee for each individual item.

Smaller items can be shipped using UPS Ground. USPS is also available.

Large / Freight Items are calculated based upon a commercial shipping address with a forklift or loading dock. If we determine that the address provided is a residential address, we will contact you with the total for the liftgate surcharge. We do recommend that customers wishing to ship to a residential address contact us directly prior to ordering.  We are currently offering freight services to the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and California. Shipping to California may be available but will be based on each unit's ability to meet California compliance.

Shipping Times & Availability

In stock items ship within 1 business day. We will notify you if any items are on back order. You may choose to keep the order open until the item is available or receive a refund on that item. For larger equipment items, there have been some significant delays recently. If you see a note in the availability section of the product page, please feel free to reach out to us for an estimated lead time prior to purchasing.

California:

There are some products that may not be shipped to California because of state regulations.

Shipping Address Notice: In an effort to prevent credit card fraud, the Pump Outlet does require that orders over $100 have a matching billing and shipping address. Orders over $100 that have 2 separate addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
